i drive a 2015 Mazda3.

my previous car was a 2005 mazda3 (225k miles, no problems except it kept eating spark plugs in cyl 1 till i stopped replacing it and basically just ran on 3 cyl for 100k+ miles :eek:).

both bought new in cash because end of year rebates made it worth it vs used cars.

Unfortunately, my 2015 mazda3 doesnt seem as reliable. (7 1/2 years and 140k miles)
If i need a new car this year, the Soul will be added to my list of cars to look at. (Impreza was already on my list)

The new Kia Soul is pretty ugly, but the features are pretty nice:

* 33 MPG
* Standard Auto-emergency braking
* Option 10.25" touchscreen, Smart key with Remote Start & Find My Car
* 10-year, 100k-mile warranty
* Smart cruise control

I miss the old ugly Kia Soul. My alien green avocado model was my favorite car ever haha!
