It probably still won't have power comparable to the MS3. I really liked my 2003 Sport, but it was slow. A two door sports car that gets out run by family sedans and minivans.

I would really like a 2.3T hardtop version. A coupe would be even better.
 
Cool, at least they're distancing away from the homo looking design of previous generation Magina.
 
Live event over... still no specs other than it will have 16" and 17" wheels... they went into detail on the interior. The dashboard is very skinny
 
I think I need to see different colors/lighting before I can render judgement. I also thought S2K and feel the car is more masculine than ever before but somehow miss the front-end treatment of the current gen. I also think it will look better with larger rims.

They nailed that look with the Mazda6. Here is mine:

Yeah, that was pretty abysmal

I think maybe they originally planned it to be very short? Then as a knee jerk reaction to the comments online whipped out that second segment? When the "Wait to see more" text popped up I was laughing because it seemed like a slide they had just typed up in Powerpoint or something. I wish they hadn't teased people along to wait 45 minutes just for that

I was expecting something similar to the C7 Corvette reveal, which was awesome. I hope we get to hear more about how this event went so sideways

IMO that front end looks too GT luxury cruiser for a miata. Miata is supposed to be a small fun-mobile. I think they did a much better job capturing in what they presented.
 
Looks really good, but the big round tail lights seem kinda odd to me. Perhaps it's something that will grow on me though.
