Any word on The Brink or did I miss that one. Would love to see that back again.

The Brink was renewed nearly immediately after the end of the first season, only to be later cancelled. So ...

So much better than Ballers, and yet somehow Ballers got renewed.

Looks like Grimm is a good news but not great news situation. Reenewal only for half a season worth of episodes to "allow flexibility" in scheduling.

24 has been granted season status, looks to be just 12-13 episode though in the current fox format for heavily serialized products.

Person of Interest season 5 trailer... only two-ish weeks away.

https://youtu.be/7I8OeQs7cQA

How they can cancel a show about a bunch of serial killers funny and cool at the same time, I don't know.
starts Tuesday @ 10PM on CTV here.

I can hardly wait! Sad to see it's a short final season though.

The Ranch is big-3 network TV on Netflix, and probably a sign of things to come. I expect HBO, Showtime, Netflix and Amazon to eventually be filled with TV shows every bit as lame as those on the networks.

Hunt for the Elfstones will continue, Shannara granted a second season.

Who the fuck watches this show? I couldn't even finish the first episode. Turned off after 15 minutes, it was so dumb.

LOL. It really doesn't get any better. I did force myself to watch about four episodes until I too stopped. The acting really is a pain to watch. So many pretty people, though.

Even with this kind of quality it's probably a nice little viewer bump for MTV, which is why it got renewed.

I heard that... but we're only getting one episode tomorrow in Canada or something. Going to have to check CBS to see what they're doing tonight.
If I remember correctly, the first week only has a single episode, but the following weeks will have two episodes.

Pretty much. But I liked That 70s Show back when I was in high school, and The Ranch is basically That 70s Show without Kitty and a just-as-angry-but-yells-a-lot-less Red. /shrug

Hulu renews The Path, and in somewhat surprising news in the TV to stream arena also grants Mindy another year to practice.

They ended the previous season with a closure so you figured it was over and it looks like it's a entire new story line so in a way it's not really the same show.

Sorta...but not exactly:

"Wayward Pines" season 2 is just a month away and Fox has just released the official synopsis of episode 1. The season 1 finale saw Ethan's son, Ben Burke, wake up after an accident to learn that his father died and that David Pilcher has been labeled a pioneer and visionary. His mother Theresa and Pam were put in a cryogenic sleep.

Titled "Enemy Lines," season 2 also begins its story like season 1 in which a newcomer finds himself in the eerie Idaho town. Read the synopsis (via SpoilerTV) below:

The 10-episode psychological thriller picks up after the shocking events of the season 1 finale, with the residents of Wayward Pines battling against the iron-fisted rule of the First Generation.

Dr. Theo Yedlin (Jason Patric) — a new resident of Wayward Pines — awakens from suspended animation and finds himself in the middle of this rebellion, as he tries to understand what Wayward Pines really is and help preserve the endangered human race.

CJ Mitchum (Djimon Hounsou), an original resident of Wayward Pines and a historian for the town with extensive knowledge of its complex origins, is the only one who can provide a unique bridge between the current world of Wayward Pines and the previous world that humans inhabited.

Megan Fisher (Hope Davis), is in charge of the scientific research being conducted on the Abbies, and remains deeply involved in the development of the hearts and minds of the future of humanity — Wayward Pines' "First Generation".

The series also features Tom Stevens, returning as Jason Higgins, a member of the First Generation and town founder David Pilcher's young acolyte; Nimrat Kaur as Rebecca, who has her own secrets she keeps from Theo, her husband; Josh Helman as Xander Beck, a resident working to undermine Wayward Pines from within; and Kacey Rohl as Kerry Campbell, one of Jason's lieutenants.

yeah, person of interest is the only show i watch - i'm gonna miss it :(
 you can't be serious. Why even own a tv? Just watch the show from your pc or phone.

anyway, the dialog was pretty bad. I kept thinking , 'Jesus Harold, just STFU already.'

I do like that they're going to wrap up the series but I'm afraid these episodes might be so bad that they taint the entire show.
