Wait a minute. I thought it was at $3.60+ and climbing. Haven't heard from Dave yet about a .50 drop in price......wonder why?

In Anderson, SC today, $2.92 this morning.

http://www.greenvillegasprices.com/Anderson/index.aspx

What .50 drop?

Prices by the stations all around me are in $3.24 to $3.28 range.

Member discounts may be down to $3.12 but I do not count those sales gimmicks. Open to public price only.

Of course dishonest people like Indy and you would count a closed sales gimmick.

You also didn't bother to look at the link or you'd see that these weren't "member discounts." Phillips, Speedway, and Admiral are regular prices.

In fact, if member discounts are such a great deal, why don't you get a Sam's Club membership and knock yourself out?

You calling anyone dishonest is awesome since you're the poster child of dishonest forum posters.

I miss my truck all the time, except for those 3 minutes I'm filling up my little teenie tiny car  Dang oil thugs

This is why I bought a hybrid and why I will continue buying them. I was filling up every 4 days with my last car.

Paid $3.79/gallon for regular unleaded in San Diego earlier this week.

Had to go by a college in Cleveland to inspect some work yesterday morning and noticed a Raceway advertising $3.029. After I left the college I had to fill up as I was near empty, so I went back to Raceway - and voila, it had dropped to $2.999 in forty minutes. Woot!

Nope, I go by what stations I have in my vicinity. As documented over the years I am not going to drive across town to your ghetto or any other.

In fact was out today and only stations around the lowest member discount I saw was $3.16. Only 4 cents but still not the $3.12 you claim to be in abundance.

That's where you are dishonest and full of shit.

Again I offer $50 cash for you to come here where I live and show me these abundant stations at $3.12 member discount and all.

I can meet you at the Einstein Brothers at 86th and Michigan across from the Walmart anywhere from 7am to 9am.

and once again I am sure you will not accept the challenge because once again you know I am right and you are just so full of shit.

I don't get what your personal gain is from all this deception and defending of the Oil Thug Industry but I am offering real personal gain of cold hard cash for all the world to see.

I'm not the one renting an apartment in the ghetto -- you are. Heard any gunshots lately?

That's where you're a liar and full of crap. Here you go, ONCE AGAIN:

www.indygasprices.com

Here's another:

http://www.wthr.com/category/153061/pump-patrol-indianapolis-and-national-gas-prices

They're all there. I don't give a flying fuck if the gas station next to you charges you $8/gallon for gas -- drive a few miles away and fill up.

Again I offer $50 cash for you to come here where I live and show me these abundant stations at $3.12 member discount and all.

I don't need to meet you anywhere. The link shows the prices and exactly where they are. Not near you? Sucks to be you, I guess. Anyway, $50 is probably a lot of money for you but that wouldn't even come close to covering my time to come up there, let alone returning.

I don't get what your personal gain is from all this deception and defending of the Oil Thug Industry but I am offering real personal gain of cold hard cash for all the world to see.
$50 is pocket change to me. That's probably a big chunk of rent in the ghetto for you.

You still keep dodging the questions asked repeatedly. Such as:

1. If we're being gouged with regular 30 and 40 cent hikes, why isn't gas much more expensive? These "gougers" are really doing a bad job gouging us.
2. What happened to your $5-$6/gallon gas prediction in the spring?
3. What about that $10/gallon prediction you made?

Quit DUHVERTING and answer them.

One thing I've learned is that gas can swing wildly by area. Hwy 58 (the area in which I live) can be 10% higher than Amnicola (the road I travel to work) one day, and yet a few days later gas on Amnicola may be 5% or 10% cheaper than Hwy 58. These areas are quite close together; discounting heavy traffic, the last stations on Hwy 58 are less than ten minutes from the first stations on Amnicola. Maybe only five minutes.

Not that long ago there were cheaper areas and more expensive areas, but except for the odd gas war the ratios were relatively constant.

I'm not dodging anything, you are.

You keep posting claims that $3.12 gas is in abundance here in Indy and I don't see one mother fucking station anywhere here on the Northwest side at that price you claim or your Oil Thug buddies on that website.

The fact I offer cold hard cash for you to take me to one of these stations you claim to be at $3.12 and you refuse shows you are the lying fucking sack of shit.

The fact you call $50 chump change and I am living in the ghetto here in Northwest Indy shows how you are rich spoiled fucking brat too.

All in black and white for the world to see. You must be proud.

It's 6:30 am and I came on hoping to see we could meet for breakfast at the bagel shop and you show me all these stations at $3.12 in abundance you claim and I give you cash for me being blind and a liar. Instead of course it is not me the liar it is you. Big surprise.

Well that may be in some areas but I am talking about right here where I have been for the last year.

This Indy character who has been on my ass on here for a long time before I moved to Indy keeps posting bullshit.

I call him on it and like the anonymous coward he is won't show his lying face.

You and I met there in Tennessee had a good time over lunch and you know I am genuine and not full of shit. My real name is on here for all to see unlike the anonymous cowards.

I'll just put him on ignore like Jowo and Cabri that are also full of shit.

They can spew their garbage and it's not even worth my time.

Any rich ATers want to put their mouth where their money is and buy this thing?

Or just going to let Russia buy it and ship the gas there?

Exxon Mobil puts Torrance, Calif, refinery up for sale

Exxon Mobil Corp. has put its Torrance, California, refinery on the block, according to two people familiar with the matter, making it the latest big oil company to consider exiting the state amid tougher environmental standards.

The 155,000 barrel per day (bpd) refinery, in the south part of Los Angeles, is Exxon's only refinery in California and the second-smallest of its half-dozen plants in the United States.

BP halted refining in the state with the sale of its Carson, California, plant to Tesoro last year. Shell sold its Wilmington refinery to Tesoro in 2007, leaving it with a single plant in the state.

California's environmental regulations make it a difficult state for refiners to operate in. Refiners including Chevron , ConocoPhillips , Tesoro and Valero already operate two or more refineries in the state, limiting their ability to buy others.

$50 is chump change and not worth my time. Some of us got educations, worked hard, and jumped on opportunities we were given rather than lie, distort, and whine on the internet like you.

What is black and white for the world to see is the links I posted with local gas prices and the addresses of those stations. The only one here that looks like a fool is you. Everyone is laughing at you. You really are stupid and illiterate. Again, I don't give a fuck if gas 2 miles from your house is $8/gallon. You were told exactly where to go to find it cheaper and you refuse because you're nothing but a dishonest failure in life.

And yes, you ARE dodging. Answer the questions you've been asked repeatedly - you know, the ones that show your were completely and totally wrong on those $5-$6 gas predictions. What's your excuse, chickenshit? Please post evidence that regular gas in Indy was between $5 and $6 gallon between March 21 and June 21.

Dave calls people cowards who provide plenty of supporting evidence because they won't drive 20 miles at 6:30 in the morning on a weekend to show him gas prices close to his house when the person clearly states gas in his area is irrelevant and to drive a few miles. At the same time, he dances, diverts, and ignores repeated questions because he is a whiny, delusional coward.

AGAIN:

1. You predicted $5-$6 per gallon in the spring. Post evidence this happened for regular had in the Indy metro area between March 21 and June 21.
2. What about the $10 gas you mentioned?
3. With all these "regular" hikes, why isn't gas well over $4 by now?
4. You keep mentioning "member" discounts. If these are such a great bargain, why aren't you joining?

Time to answer these, you delusional turd. Maybe saying "I was wrong" would earn you a little respect. Of course, you'll put me on ignore because you know you have been totally and thoroughly owned.

Oh he will always be in here whining about gas up 20 or whatever cants this week but is strangely silent when it goes back down the next week. And who can forget the $10/gallon milk.

Where have you've been???

Bread has been $4 a long time here.

Milk over $7 and heading to $10 gal

Gas still well over $3 here and Diesel over $4 even though most of the country dropped under $3 for gas.

Maybe your bread comes from Chicago???

If you are going to quote me at least try and be somewhere close to what I said.

30 or 40 cent swing overnight.

Show me a 20 cent drop overnight.

You can't just like Indy dipshit can't show a station at $3.12 close to where I live either.

Also the Milk hit $8 in New Jersey when I was living there.

Do you live in New Jersey, where you there?

When it shot up like a rocket to $8 it certainly was not out the realm to hit $10. A lot of people grumbled and magically Milk started to come back down. Gee I wonder why.

So if you are going to join lying dipshits like Jowo and Indy go right ahead, enjoy being on ignore.

I'm sure the minute gas goes up, Dave will post and pretend to be "vindicated." Because that's just how incredibly delusional he is.

Everyone knows Dave omits facts (the kind way of saying it) or flat out lies. He also has reading comprehension issues which are quite apparent in this thread. For example:

1. I mentioned I worked on wiring an HP configuration center in the 90s. He said "Ha! You admit you worked for the oil thugs!" I'm surprised he actually admitted he misread it as "BP." I'm still in shock but it did take him a few posts to realize he McOwned himself again.

2. He keeps saying I won't come up to show him cheap gas near his house. Once again, Dave omits facts. I have plainly stated several times in this thread that I don't care if gas if $8/gallon next door to him. The Indy area is full of cheaper gas and driving a few minutes south will find it. I've provided links of addresses and even a map of gas prices. He continues to ignore it.

He won't answer why his ridiculous predictions never came true. His tactic of calling others "dishonest" when Dave has been known as one of the biggest liars on AT for many, many years is great irony. Just because Dave can't read doesn't mean anyone is dishonest. Let's not forget all his outrageous stories either, such as the being carded for vinegar, allegedly being struck by lightning, $8/gallon milk in New Jersey, etc. Even the left-leaning posters in this forum acknowledge he is a joke and they don't want him associated with their views. Why do you suppose that is? I wonder if he ever responded to those of us who called him out on his whining because an ambulance company was closing its Indiana operations due to losses in the millions and job losses were the result -- Dave complained that they must only want to serve "rich" people. What kind of twisted, idiotic thought process is that?

Hey Dave, I was in Honolulu in 2010 and at one of the convenience stores in Waikiki, a gallon of milk was $8-$9 while back in Indiana, it was $2-$3. Want to guess why? OH MA GERD RICH MILK THUGS ARE GOUGING US!!!! Oh wait, I forgot, he's blocked me because he is a coward.

Ok then, I was giving you the benefit of the doubt. You are constantly in here claiming "30 or 40 cent swing overnight" and have been doing it for quite a while yet gas always seems to be about the same.

Ten year price average of Milk.

Your problem would have to be with New Jersey.
