Looks like they fixed the weird inset rear window on the Cayman

I want to know that since the 2013 911 uses the same engine as the 2013 boxster s, if is possible to put the 911 engine in the boxster for more horsepower.

Saw a red one yesterday. Am I wrong or does the regular Boxster have a better looking cowel on the back then the S version?

I saw one of these this weekend, white with red interior. It looked SHARP. Never been a massive Boxster fan, but I'd roll in one of these without hesitation. Might be on my used car wishlist in about 8 years.

damn the spyders look so awesome, like a baby carrera gt

Yeah. I'm sure there will be another one when this generation gets to the end of its run, too. Scary thing is that the new S is only a touch slower than the old Spyder, even with all the extra gear.

Is it too late to mention that the Boxster would probably perform better with smaller wheels? There's a huge gap around the brakes.

Right, that's what I meant. But, what's the point of a Spyder if they already sell a drop top? I thought Spyder was just another name for convertible.

its the equivalent of the cayman r, more stripped down etc for the track

the top on this car is more of a tent/cover you put on, its not a power top - you acutally have to manually take it off and store it in the trunk. i have the boxster of that same generation and its strange how different it feels to drive that car
