Was making my way back from Philadelphia, decided to stop in at the Hyundai place as they had a tent up and was giving away free pizza.

As it turns out, they had the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback, MSRP of $20,480, sale price of $18.400. Lease price of $239/mo with zero down for 36-mos, 12k/month allowance.

It may not be the best lease deal out there, but i have not seen may zero down leases these days, most everyone want $1500-$3000 down for a lease, really bad idea. They had zero down lease deals on other Hyundai's as well.

If you want the name of the dealership, pm me, i'm not looking to advertise or promote for them and i don't work there.

Putting money down on lease isn't a great idea in general, but on my 2013 Fusion Ti, I got that on 500 down and I only did that to flatten out the payment.

That's about what my Honda's go for - $21k or so for $239/mo with zero-down, plus no first month's payment, so 35 months total & no $400 disposition/return fee. They have the best leasing program I've used to date.

Just ran the numbers with the Hyundai lease info from Ride With G. I come up with a payment of $205/mo with 0 down after 6% taxes. They are gouging somewhere.

According to hyundai's website:
"Lease starting at $179/month for 36 months. $2,699 due at lease signing. Excludes registration, tax, title and license. (8/1/2013 - 9/3/2013)
Low APR 0.0% financing for up to 60 months, 0.9% for 72 months (8/1/2013 - 9/3/2013)
90 Day Deferred Payment option on terms up to 60 months. (8/1/2013 - 9/3/2013)
$500 Valued Owner Coupon Offer (8/1/2013 - 9/3/2013)
$500 Competitive Owner Coupon Offer (8/1/2013 - 9/3/2013)"

Based on that link, it would be $254/mo with 0 down for 36 mos + tax

Tags and title in PA are $183.00
Pennsylvania Title/Registration: $92.00
Passenger Vehicle Registration: $36.00
Original Title Issuance $22.00
Record a Lien $27.00
Plate Transfer Fee $6.00

The MSRP of the vehicle in the photo is $20,755, Stock # HY30866
According to carsdirect.com
MSRP PRICING: $20,755
INVOICE PRICING: $20,165
Target Price: $18,465
RIDE with G tells me based on this, it should be $208/mo incl taxes, not $239/mo without taxes.

It appears they are basing the target price as $19,950 instead of $18,465 if you plug in the data with RIDE with G. Would be nice if they would lease it for the target price, prob requires a lot of negotiating and printouts of the RIDE with G screenshots or pull up that website on your smartphone when you are there to do battle 🙂

Good luck to anyone leasing one.
