2013 Ford Escape Safety Belt Height Adjustment

I'm coming to the pros!

I have a 2013 Ford Escape and the driver side safety belt height adjuster is stuck. It will not move. I have tried everything. Anyone have this problem? Any ideas?

I've tried to find instructions on how to remove the side trim to better access it but I have had no luck.

Yes. Why are you messing with that? Get thee to the dealer. Do not fool with the belt mechanism.

wouldn't you still be under the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty? then the answer is an easy yes.
