I was looking through the maintenance guide and it says "Automatic Transmission Fluid. Inspect or replace at specified intervals." But it never gives a specified interval anywhere in the manual for normal driving. The most it says is to replace it at 60,000 miles if you are "towing, using a car-top carrier, or heavy vehicle loading". I do none of those. So, how often would you replace the transmission fluid?

The Camry hybrid doesn't have an automatic transmission. It is a CVT.

I would call your dealer and ask them what kind of servicing it needs.

The guide tells you exactly what to do on pages 42, 45, 53, 59. The guide is very clear
Inspect the fluid every 30K.
That's it. That's all you have to do.
If the fluid looks bad, change it.
Otherwise, leave it alone.

That is all you need to do unless you are "towing, using a car-top carrier, or heavy vehicle loading", Then you should change it every 60K.

The Camry hybrid is not rated to tow anything.
