2013 Astro A40 or Sennheiser PC 350SE?

Need a gaming headset. Have had 2 pairs of Sennheiser PC 350's in the past and couldn't have been happier. Can't find those anymore. Torn between these two. Any information to help with my decision is appreciated.
 
Do you need a mic? I used to use PC350s but switched to Beyerdynamic DT 880s recently and they're incredible for both gaming and entertainment, though they do lack a mic.

You can always get a clip-on mic or keep the PC350s for backup. Otherwise, you might want to take a look at the MMX 300s, but you pay a premium for the mic on those (even though it's apparently amazing). They are supposedly equivalent to the DT 770s without it.

I don't have experience with Astros so can't comment on those, aside from being initially interested in them and then not due to less than stellar reviews.
