I'll stick to what I said earlier.. we should know relatively early (even if it isn't called until late). If the numbers are not surprising anyone, Obama has won.

I don't understand how they're calling states with 4% and 0% reporting.

Some are just obvious, for instance they could technically just call CA for Obama. In any case the only thing that matters are the few battleground states.
