Izzy was the official Olympic mascot of the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.

People like cute fuzzy animals (like Sam the Olympic Eagle from the 1980 Olympics), not artsy fartsy nonsensical crap like this.

The figure on the right represents Greece, homeland of the Olympics, collapsing and falling onto London, destroying the Pound. The red represents the Reds who caused the Greek crisis and the socialist house of cards built on top of British capitalism (the blue). British capitalism is collapsing under the weight of socialism and the blow from Greek Reds.
