2012 National Agricultural Classification Survey

So I have owned a small acreage for many years that we live on, but just this year I have received for the first time , from the Govt. The National Agricultural Classification Survey. It claims by law, I am required to fill it out. Apparently all my neighbours are getting them too. Is this just a new scam The Obama Admin. has come up with to try to generate more tax revenue or what? They appear to want to know every chicken I may own, every apple tree I may have,every berry bush and pig etc...

a) Census of agriculture required
(1) In general
In 1998 and every fifth year thereafter, the Secretary of Agriculture shall take a census of agriculture.
(2) Inclusion of specialty crops
Effective beginning with the census of agriculture required to be conducted in 2008, the Secretary shall conduct as part of each census of agriculture a census of specialty crops (as that term is defined in section 3 of the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 (7 U.S.C. 1621 note; Public Law 108–465)).

I'm sure Obama was behind it anyway, somehow. Obviously the Muslims are up to something here, and they're probably having aliens do the printing and delivery of the survey to bring about the end of the Earth before we find out the moon landing was fake.
