It would be really cool if this car came in AWD or RWD.
We'll be stopping by the dealership tomorrow. I'm pretty much sold on the car :D Too bad it's not for me... :'(

It is a LOT slower and a LOT cheaper. Drove a buddy's who just took delivery on his last week. It handled great, but really makes you flog the engine. I didn't especially enjoy driving it, but of course I didn't say that. He was very happy about it. ;)

It would be great fun to track, but not a car that is both fun to drive around town and push harder when you want to.
What car did your buddy just get? I'm confused.

How about a Honda Fit? Same sized car, but better gas mileage and more practical.

Motor Trend did a comparison of cars this size, and they liked the Mini a lot more than the Fiat... But everyone's opinion is different. They liked the new Beetle better as well.

Oh, and I know where you can get a 2007 Cooper in near mint condition for cheap... :)

Has no one mentioned the Ford Festiva or Chevy Sonic yet? I think the Ford can be made as stylish with its upgraded interior options (and supplied external graphics if that's your thing). The Sonic is available with a turbo engine.
