2011 WABDL World Powerlifting Results

I recently competed in the deadlift at the WABDL world powerlifting championships meet.

I made all 3 attempts & won my division (Men's master's 54-60 age group, 259 lb. class) with a best lift of 523 lbs.

Vital stats: 249 lbs. bodyweight, 56 years old

I think they were announcing the metric equivalents in kilos.
