The only problem I noticed with the Fit is that it's only $1200 cheaper than a more or less equivalent Subaru Impreza wagon, which is bigger, more powerful, safer, and full of Fuji Heavy Industries AWD goodness.
Of course, the Ford Fiesta costs even more than the Fit if you want the hatchback with any options whatsoever, which does raise some questions as to what, exactly, Ford management is thinking.
