yeah, but I think the precision of the car-animal strike is the only reason the animal appears to be held together. If it didn't hit the radiator square on I think things could have gotten far worse, either in terms of pure gore and/or the safety of the driver.

yeah, considering I don't think the heart, or any of the other organs, actually stayed where they were supposed to be the moment the coyote got personal with the radiator. It was instant, hell the face, other than the tongue hanging out, looks like a coyote basically would, canines have an impeccable ability to showcase grimace and the blank eyes are the only thing (on the face, at least) that appear to give away it's not quite normal.
