Does WinXP see the full capacity of these drives automatically??

If your hardware supports it (EIDE controllers) and you have SP1 installed, you won't have a problem with a 200GB drive.

OK, checked Soyo's website and it says: P4S Dragon Ultra- 200GB . Does it make a difference if I have the HD connected via the RAID Controller vs the regular IDE Controller?

Is there a reason you want to use the RAID controllers for one hard drive?

Because the other IDE slots are full.......

Yes, the RAID controller will also function as regular EIDE ports.

Just be fully aware that many 'backup' utilities won't see drives attached to raid controllers.....so if you plan on backing any info up using third party software, make sure you do a lot of research beforehand.
