They broke each campaign into a separate game, there is a chance that it will come in 2k9.
 
mhhm...im liking how many RTS games are on there, for the most part RTS's haven't been really commercialized or ever been a big deal so i like that. oh and i plan on crashing clan meetings and spamming chat when Star Trek online comes out 😀

D3 won't be out until 2010 at the earliest.

SC II is nice, but I never played SC that much compared to D2 anyway.

Runes of Magic is currently what I'm playing in open beta and I'm waiting for the release on the 19th.

Edit: Maybe the new Wolfenstein, but I want to see it first before deciding on that.

Meh. Making general statements like that will often lead your foot into your mouth. CoD4 was phenomenal and it was THE most anticipated.

I've been waiting for this since I finished RTCW, a few weeks after it came out.
 
SC2 in 2009 is very, very likely. Beta is 100% guaranteed to come out within the coming months. The beta date has already been set and confirmed multiple times by developers (internally). Sign-ups will be available after their second battle report, which is in the works.

Not being optimistic, just stating out facts released by blues on the forums.
 
If Starcraft 2 and/or Diablo 3 come out in 2009, then those are the games to anticipate for this year.

If not? What's coming out in 2010? 😉

Fat chance on D3 this year. As of October (~5 months ago) the game was just a single test level, only three classes modeled, skill and talent system in complete flux, and the engine itself incomplete. My guess would be 2011 or 2012.
 
Meh, it's the same thing every year. 50% of the games don't even come out and 49% of them suck.
 
Colonial Marines would be at the top of my list, I'm a sucker for the AvP series and this is the next best thing. Now if only they would make a new Mech Commander.
