i've been eyeing this one for ahile and finally went to the dealer to work out a price. they said 19K firm and they wouldnt budge on that. carsdirect.com has a TMV of 18,635 i think.

has anyone one lately and if so what did you pay?

FWIW, carsdirect shows 21K for my zip, so 19K might be a pretty good price.

Call another dealership locally and tell them what the story is. Or rather go in because in my experience car stealerships are useless as tits on the phone and you'll get nothing.

is dest. charge included in that price or not? is it manual or automatic?

My GF just bought an EX-L (no nav)...MSRP was a little over 27K and she got it for 22.5 (not incl tax/tag/title)...check out truecar.com since they were pretty close.

There's a 1500 manufacturer to dealer rebate until sept 8th I believe for accords that helps a bit.

thanks. this all helps.

looks like this dealer is still the lowest out of all of the ones we talked to. they are estimating 21,000 out the door (inc, ttl, dest, etc).

With the CFC going on dealers aren't going as low as they were a month ago. The cars I am looking at could be bought for close to 2k cheaper last month and no one is going that low now. But its still a decent deal.
