John Edwards? The guy who looked like a child in thought process and ability to deliver a response in his debate with Cheney?

Sounds like a winner there :D

You're really going to use that as an argument considering who's sitting in the oval office right now???

It should be a big warning, if this guy makes the guys in the oval office look smart, you dont want a piece of that!

I thought Edwards performed fairly well in the debates, actually, but he is too lacking in experience for me to take him seriously as a Presidential candidate. Also, that video of him brushing his hair, released before the 2004 election, was one of the most embarrassing things I've ever seen (it seemed to go on forever - he must have brushed his hair for five minutes). It reminded me a Public Affairs major I shared a tent with in the Middle East (along with 8 other guys) - he used hairspray, in uniform, in the middle of a combat zone. What a douchebag.

I never saw that video, is it on YouTube? Sounds kine of funny hehe.

In that debate either Cheney is really well spoken and intelligent(possibility), or Edwards is loopy. Of all the debates in that election I thought that was the most one sided of them all. 2nd most lopsided was the 2nd debate between Kerry and Bush where Kerry made Bush look bad on domestic policy.

I really didn't think Edwards did badly in the debates, though he was ham-handed in the way he brought up Mary Cheney's lesbianism. Cheney is definitely a smart guy, but from my perspective his arrogance overwhelms his intelligence when he speaks (this is obviously not a sentiment unique to me, since he is one of the least-loved political figures in modern American history).

Here is the video, but beware, this is not for the faint of heart. I think it should be hosted on rotten.com or something. Next time you're inclined to call me a partisan hack, remember that I posted this . . .

Thanks,

I dont remember ever calling you a partisan hack, if I did I apologize. I reserve that label for Dave, Harvey, techs, and Conjur.

Clearly you are much more level headed ;)

I was kidding - I've been called that here, but certainly never by a fellow Minnesotan!
