It would be nice to know if the new estimates for mpg are using the new EPA standards or the old ones.

as someone said before, looks like a bloated Rav4. I would rather get the 08 Pilot (that thing looks 100x better than this bloated Rav4)

It's classified as a 2008 model, so it's using the new EPA standards

Actually, I think the best lookin' SUV out right now is a tie between the brand new Saturn Outlook for "clean/sleek" and the new X-5 for downright "mean/wicked".

If you put a pin stripe and a running bored or something other than a solid color it will look fine.

If you have driven one, they are very nice. The CVT Transmission on the Hybrid models is amazing. It is the smoothest ride. We got the Honda Pilot instead which is also excellent.

the front end looks alright. the rear is blah. interior, as always, is nice though.

will this mean that the RX will get a redesign for 2008?

Can't Toyota afford to hire some descent car designers? I mean it's one ugly car after another. Ford is losing a lot of money, and even they can afford J Mays and Freeman Thomas.
Is it just complacency on Toyota's part since people keep buying their cars, no matter how ugly they are?

Good. I hated those old figures. They couldn't be further from the truth with most cars.

am i looking at the same thing as everyone else, cause that blue thing isn't ugly.

Maybe plain, but it's not like any SUV is a looker.
