2008 Impreza WRX Sedan

I like it

The side profile of the sedan reminds me of the current Corolla, and the side profile of the hatchback is like a carbon copy of the Mazda Protege hatch. Going to be interesting to see how they manage to toughen up the STI.

I'm so very disappointed in Subaru with these designs. The sedan looks like a freaking Corolla.

I don't even want to see what they decide to do for the STI. Guess I got the last good year.

It doesn't look AS heinous as it did in those MT shots. I still like the current design better, though - it's got an honest ugliness that I prefer to the newer, homogenized look.

I don't think it looks anything like a Mazda other than the fact that they are both wagons, have 4 doors and 4 wheels.

Now, the sedan does look a bit Corolla-ish.

It seems like they are trying to stay on par with Mitsubishi or vice versa.

new pics up on caranddriver.com including some rear end shots of the sedan. heres my take: both the hatch and sedan look plasticky and bloated. the evo(x) looks light, mean, and lean.

Where are the fender flares? Those made the previous model look aggressive, and like something more than an econobox.
