I wasn't referring to anything specifically in this topic, it was just a general observation. I thought the OP's joke fit well into the mold though.

Found 'most' of it humorless, hard to find humor in statements that just aren't true .... like Clinton hating the military, or opening with a flag burning, in fact the only part that was close was Ted Kennedy proposing toasts. Some of you might remember I was in the military during Clinton's term and it was ran just like it is now. I guess the only reason I like a lot of the 'leftist' humor from the daily show is you don't have to stretch or make up something, reality does it for you. That is just something the righties don't seem to get.
