I'd keep looking. I'm not sure if it is standard or an option, but our 2009 CTS came with blue tooth.

It was only standard on the the late '08 models and forward if I remember correctly. It came with the update version of OnStar which came with all GM '09+ cars.

As an option, if you have Verizon, adding the OnStar phone to your plan is only $10/month.
