PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize (1): A $25,000 cash prize (awarded in the form of a check). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $25,000. First Prize (10): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend a taping of the Ellen DeGeneres Show in Los Angeles, CA. The prize will include; round-trip coach air transportation (from major commercial airport nearest winner?s U.S. residence) to Los Angeles, CA, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, two (2) tickets to attend a taping of the Ellen DeGeneres Show and $500 cash (made payable in a check to the winner). Travel must be booked at least 45 days in advance of departure date. Potential travel dates and seating of the show will be provided by Sponsor and are subject to change. All travel must be completed by May 15, 2009. Travel/accommodations subject to availability and change. Ground transportation, meals, excursions, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Winner and guest must travel on the same flight itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver?s license or passport) required for travel.
