Someone asked my opinion about buying this car. I saw the interior and it needs a major detail and some repairs. Car has dent in right rear fender. Car needs paint job because the trunk is faded. AC not working. Blue book suggest 3100 on the low end in fair condition. Car has 133000 miles. What should they offer for the car?
