Looking for a programmer for my buddys 2007 1500 new body style Silverado, 4.6L V8.

Wondering where would be the best place to get one and what brands to look for, also any information or things to consider when purchasing.

He does PCM swaps or data logged tunes. These are much more involved and get better gains than hand held programmers.
