2007 Jeep Compass

is that an irs?

It's just another car based suv. Bad idea for Jeep to be making these if you ask me. Then again, it might stave off an IFS Wrangler. I thought pvssies already bought Liberties though.

People are so damn picky/fussy when it comes to how vehicles look. It doesn't look so bad, not that i like it.

HOly crap, is that thing ugly. It looks like a Hyundai. I am almost inclined to say it looks worse than an Asstec. May (insert entity of your choice) help the American car companies and their chronic inability to produce anything tasteful.

I agree. People will actually call vehicles like the 2007 Wrangler ugly, when there is nothing that could possibly be percieved as ugly about it.

it is ugly, but ugly in a completely functional, we don't really care what it looks like because it gets the job done better than anything else way.

The new Wrangler looks exactly like a Jeep, and almost exactly like every Jeep before it all the way back to WWII. Its like the Porsche, it doesn't change - it simply evolves. So people can't really call the new Wrangler ugly, unless of course they've always thought they were ugly.

This on the other hand, is definetely a POS for a design - and is definetely on the same POS level as the Aztek was.

I just wouldn't call functional "ugly". Humvees aren't ugly, stealth fighters aren't ugly, tanks aren't ugly, military supply trucks aren't ugly, so why would a Wrangler be considered ugly?

Passenger cars vehicles are designed for appeal and functionality. Military vehicles are designed for functionality only. i.e. It doesn't matter what they look like as long as they get the job done.

You are aware that different people have different opinions aren't you? Humvee's are ugly for one, and I'm sure there are others out there that agree. And even others who think stealth fighters are ugly too.
