2007 GMC Acadia

It looks just like a damn Envoy, a little less boxy. Dunno how you call that a "crossover"

Wonder what the weight will be on that puppy if it only has the V6

Nice interior tho

I bet it weighs alot less than the Envoy since it gets way better mileage.

I hate the "crossover" label, it's just a fvcking compact SUV. Why is todays society filled with so many cheesy, ridiculous, catch-phrases, etc?

It looks awesome. I think it's the best looking SUV aside maybe from the Toureg. However I do question the wisdom of GMC having a car based SUV. I think GM should focus GMC on professional grade tough work vehicles, and let other divisions focus on this kind of mainstream consumer. Otherwise you have 5 versions of the same car, and there are just so many variations you can pull off if you want to have some differentiation.
This would make a great SAAB SUV, for example. Just modify the grille a little bit, and it's ready to go. Saab is in a much more dire need of a hit right now. I think Chevy could have a more affordable downmarket version with less upscale touches, have an upscale voluptious Buick Enclave version, an edgier looking Saturn version, and a European styled Saab version. I don't think GMC needs a version, because GMC is a truck brand, and this is not a truck. There is no need to do an attack of the clones.

Seems like the "crossover" term is being applied since it is riding on a unibody platform instead of a full frame. That will give it much more car like handling and ride, while still providing the interior dimensions of a small SUV.

Don't be jealous. It doesn't look good on you.😀

/me tries vainly to figure out where jealousy gets involved, as he doesn't care to own any SUV at the moment 😕

I just assumed that your absurd comparison of the Acadia to the CRV was just you being jealous that GM can manage to design a much better SUV. Why else would you bring up the girly cute-ute in a thread about the Acadia? Especially when they don't look anything alike.

GOD DAMMIT

because i stayed in here to post in this ****** thread, im about to get drenched walking, no, running, out to my car.
