I'm at work and don't have the time to check the links at the moment, but a couple of quick things :
RWD vs. AWD may actually be a bonus to you, unless you *need* AWD (live in an area with lots and lots of really terrible weather). AWD variant weighs more, is slightly slower, has more electronics and components that can potentially break, etc.
At that mileage, I would wait. Even if you had to pay say $20-$21k for a minty example, getting into something with 30-45k miles would be definitely advised. It's nothing but good to have the lower miles. You'll typically have a longer time before having to service or replace major components, you'll get more in resale should you need or want to sell it, etc, etc.
