2006 Lexus LS460

Not sure what I think... It just looks like a slightly redesigned Toyota from the outside. Kinda bland. But it's got some really nice goodies inside. Needs more power though; 380HP is nice but it won't convince me to abandon the E55 AMG which looks as fast as it is.

What's the MSRP on this thing supposed to be anyway?

Man...........what Maybach's brought to folks years ago.........new car makers bring to folks TODAY!!!!

I wonder if those speakers in the back say something like this when you pull up to the parking space in your local mall.........

"We are arriving at our destination. Please put your tray tables and seatbacks to their upright position and dispose of all food and drink before we land. Your stewardess will come by to pick up any loose items you may have. Thank you again for flying Lexus airlines!"

LOL!!!!

I wonder if there's enough space to turbo the engine.

I wonder if there's an digital or line output from the CD player.

Possible 7 series killer? Looks like it has potential but still too early to know. Would definitely get one if I could afford it.😀
The old model already outsold the 7 series for 2005...
I think the performace figures and mpg are great for a non-sport model sedan.

The outside styling is bland, and just plain ugly. Looks exactly like a camry in the front, and the rear isn't much better besides the dual exhaust. The inside looks awesome of course, and an 8-speed tranny? Thats seriously interesting.

I find this thing completely boring aesthetically, but I don't doubt it will be a wonderful car.

As for the elaborate rear-seat amenities, I see that as more a Japanese-market thing than for an American customer. How many people with the money for a chauffeur are going to want to ride in an unaltered Lexus, as opposed to a stretch limo? The Lexus would make sense in Japan, where space is at a premium, but not in the US IMO.
