It typically takes 6-8 weeks from the Program Release Date. If its anything like the previous three years then I wouldn't expect it until December.
 
Well did you verify via fax? Using the fax method myself and 3 other co-workers were verified within *hours*

Waiting for them to call you takes -forever-
 
I emailed them as faxing was not allow at my work. So I emailed them from home. 3 days now, still no code. I guess I'll have to wait for the call.
I am wondering if they are calling or just faxing and email verification only this year?
 
Showed my paystub at a Intel Live training event in Sept to verify currently working. Didn't receive my code as expected in Oct. so I sent an email inquiring as to the hold up and today I finally received employment verification code and placed my order. It appears that the response is larger than they must have staff to verify. Now if only memory prices would come back down like gas prices.

How do I do it via fax?
 
I sent in my fax verification 10/17 or 10/18 (don't wait for the call it takes forever do FAX)
I ordered the package 10/19
I got a backorder notice 10/24
The order shipped 11/12 via 2nd Day Shipping

It's still not here and the maliman just left =(

It has to be here before Friday because I leave home for thanksgiving and my entire pc is at home waiting for this mobo/cpu
 
Not sure how one would fax information for employment verification. Looked back on the intel training site didn't see anthing about faxing. Just got my notice that they will ship tomorrow which was quicker that I expected since they only notified me on 11/09 that my employment was confirmed. Got the Antec Nine Hundred Case and the PNY 7900GS still looking for memory most likely I'll end up with the Buffalo FireStix 2GB. Don't know if I should spring for the Raptor 150 or go with a RAID with 3 Seagate 160 .... Micro Center has the Seagates 160 SATA's for $59 and the Raptor for $229. To many decisions before Black Friday.
 
Since so many people are asking and no one seems to be answering. You fax a verification sheet with your name, store and location a long with a recent paystub and they usually verify within a few hours or so. I ordered the bundle on 10/24 and it shipped on 11/13. Tracking says it should be here tomorrow 🙂.

Is anyone else kicking themselves for not buying memory a month ago when it wasnt insanely expensive? What are you guys getting for this system now? I want to spend around 200 for 2GB. Any suggestions?
 
I don't think this deal is hot anymore, its $250 shipped for the deal, the mobo is no good if u want to overclock, and it ships with windows vista that you can download as a beta.

I think Fry's had the E6300 with mobo for $179 a couple of weeks ago...

Apparently the mobo in this deal is getting pretty poor ratings🙁 and people are receiving RC1 copies of vista (anyone know how that works)?
 
not sure what version of Vista their giving away, i thought it was the full ultimate edition or whatever it says from the intel site. anyone know for sure what version their sending out. if it's the beta one, you might as well buy the bundle somewhere else and download vista.
 
My friend got his yesterday and he got RC1 of Vista in the package. They will ship Vista Ulitmate in a later shipment, like they did with the Intel deal from two years ago.
