Ok well like my other thread i just bought a new monitor but im noticing when im moving items across the screen they look a tad blurry as well in source moving extremly fast it looks a tad blurry.

Ghosting/slow response time. Inherent problems of LCDs. The dell is suppose to be 12ms but it seems the panel is 16ms anyway. You probably need a 8ms or less to really get rid of ghosting. Personally, I've only noticed a couple of occasions where I could see blurring.
 
when i move say my msn from 1 area quickyl to anotehr end it seems blurry. same as in source. When i move at average speed its all good but when im moving quikly as a ghost it looks sorta blurry. I dunno if this is how majority of LCD are seeing as this is my first LCD. im sorta lost here
