IM trying to transfer the warranty but i cant find the service tag behinde the lcd. The dell people are too supid and keep transfering and disconnecting me. anyone had this problem?
IIRC, if you bought the monitor without a PC, it won't have a service tag. I'd tell the next rep that you're not sure about the tag and ask them (nicely) to look it up by the serial number.
