2005FPW, no position adjustment?

Got my 2005FPW today, and loving it. One problem, I don't seem to be able to adjust the vertical nor horizontal on the LCD. The options for it in the OSD setting are greyed out. Is this because of the DVI connection?

Reason I ask is there does appear to be a line across the left and top where normally (on a CRT) I would adjust the stretch/postion and get complete screen coverage.

yes, dvi doesn't give adjustments because it shouldn't need them

a line? how big a line? can you post a pic? i don't have a line on mine.
 
No its not a big line and sorry no pics. Its kinda like the screen and bezel are not exactly lined up. Like the whole thing kinda needs to go up and to the left.
 
have you tried the factory reset option? what's it do if you plug it into VGA?
