I drove the wagon with the turbo engine and six speed. I didn't care for the optional short-throw shifter kit, it transmitted a lot of vibration through the shaft.

Yeah, it's nice. I test drove an LGT twice. I ended up deciding to save my money and bought a Mazda 3S instead.

The acceleration is great and the AWD pulls well through corners. It has received a few rewards from magazines and such.

Cons of the car? Not as fuel efficient as non-turboed 4-bangers, build quality and interior materials seem on the low-side.

For around $30K, there are other cars that offer far better quality and features. For example, HID lights and Navigation are available on the Mazda 3S but not the Legacy.

nice car, but not in my price range. If I was spending that much I'd get the AWD Volvo V40/50.

when I buy a new car, it will have to have 4 doors, get decent gas mileage and be sporty

this car comes close, hits 60 in 6.5, but it's expensive and subaru's have expensive parts too
