We shall see...
Then again, the idea of buying a loaded Mazda 3 for $19K and saving the $11K for a rainy day is becoming more and more appealing.
Cars are never a good investment.

Bah, just split the difference and get a Mazdaspeed Miata. Practicality be damned.Originally posted by: GTaudiophile

I know you drive a Miata, which is why I mentioned it... didn't know you were going to hang onto it though. :beer:Originally posted by: GTaudiophile

You know you want the subby GT
BTW, I finally saw one in person over the weekend. Man that's a sweet ride. I love how its about the same size as my current car (which is about as big as a TSX). I want 4 doors but not if its huge![]()

I'll get more serious about it after I drive it, decide it's worth it, and more importantly, talk to someone in the know who can tell me if I can get a sunroof on the non-Limited version, etc.

According to the salesman you can't get a sunroof in a GT non-limited. Now, he did say that they go through an installer and could install one in a GT for about $1200 with lifetime warranty. Apparently they install them in STi's and WRXs as well.

Any American Sunroof (ASC) installed sunroof will be just as good as factory and will come with a warranty. The ASC dealer installer in my area (Western Sunroof) will install a complete power glass moonroof in my WRX for $995.Originally posted by: NutBucket
I tend to have the same thought; but if they use factory parts then i'd be pretty ok with it. $1200 seems a bit steep tho. I'd rather just spring for the limited....Originally posted by: GTaudiophile

Thanks for the info Vic. I think tho, for $1200 I'd rather just spend another 2k and get the limited. Always wanted climate control![]()

Yes, of course it's not JUST the sunroof that makes the GT Limted special...
8-way power driver's seat and 4-way power front passenger seat; both with manually adjustable lumbar support
Perforated leather-trimmed upholstery
Dual-zone automatic digital climate control system with controls for temperature, 6-speed fan, airflow direction, automatic mode and CFC-free air conditioning
Power tilt/sliding glass moonroof
