I'm referring to this thread.

"Hello fellow crunchers from Team Anandtech . I think you all can remember The Seti Gauntlets from past years.
It was loads of fun and it was nice to communicate with the people who where involved.
Again whe want to organize a gauntlet and of course you are invited to join with a team of your best number crunchers and compete against the other teams from The Netherlands, Germany, France and the UK.
I would like to see one or more members of your team who will be acting as ambassadoors who will post the team's specs and other info on both forum's bulletin boards.
We all look forward to engage your team(s) again in the upcoming gauntlet.
It's still a basic setup; we have no start date yet at first we first are looking for teams to join and then we can see about dates and goals.

do they setup a massive seti queue for everyone or what? i mean do we just sign up our current Anandtech team from seti classic? i guess im a little foggy on the rules and would like some clarification...i want to participate if its not gonna be a pain to figure out how 🙂
 
No massive q you don't have to change anything just be sure you dump before the start of the race. You can't sign up anybody but yourself. Everyone has to sign up themselves by posting in the thread and no one can join a team after the race starts.
 
Well, if you want em, you can have my 20-30 a day. More details for n00bs like me would help also.
 
Is there going to be a limited amount of teamate spaces available or set before things get started? I'm interested in this little healthy competition.

I see from the old thread that I was in that one ,but I can't remember what its about!😱

Btw I'm mainly crunching for TaBoo atm ,I don't think it'll be possible to join Taboo into it ,will it?
I do still have other rigs crunching for me though

the only way i see it would be to have the current TABOO recipient & the next one(s) sign up for the race, then when we switch recipients the WUs still go towards the race. This all depends on the start/length of the race too.

as i know, you do not must post at NL, just someone make a list with all Names, and than post the List

Yeah, you carry on as normal. The stats will look like this and all the people in the team's totals for the 21 days are added together.
 
you have to change nothing, as an old Gauntlet user, the best Way to use this

someone, we call him in the last Gauntlet the Captain, has to make a new Thread, and all people who have interest, have to say,

yes I am in

my original Seti@home Name is xxxxx

that is all,
