2005 CES Las Vegas

Have any of you attended one of these CES shows? I would love to attent but I just noticed some fine print that read the show is not open to the general public, only industry insiders.- what a bummer.

Is it possible to make up a company or perhaps use the company you work for to attent, even if your company is not really in the right industry?

I just received my pass last week ( used my company's name). It just say's on the brochsure that you need 2 forms of id. Anyone know how strict is the verification process?

Its not hard to get into CES. Making up a company name is just lame. Just tell them your a internet journalist. The reps really dont care if your there to look.

The Porn Convention is right above the show on the second floor. It's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more crowded than CES. LOL! I gues they all want to meet Jenna Jameson and Ron Jeremy. 😉
