Because if they fire him, BMW will be admitting that they made a mistake. So instead they "demoted" him, but "promoted" his protege. 😕

He wasn't exactly demoted... but they moved him away from hands on control of BMW design... and put Adrian van Hooydonk in charge.

And as you can see... since its been a year and basically nothing has changed... you can pretty much say that this guy swings on Bangle's nuts. 😕
