There is an 03..it doesn't look anything like the 98-02s, though.

03-04 is basically the same -- I think there are a few minor changes, but I can't remember off the top of my head...go to vvti.net and ask someone there ;)

I should have kept my 94 Corolla DX until it died THEN bought a new car.

If only Honda Credit would have denied my credit application then I could have gone home in my 94 Corolla rather than an 02 Honda Accord SE.

That's right I blame Honda, not myself :p

I bought it for $4,000 the sneaky bastard didn't tell me it was a SALVAGED TITLE until we took it to my auto mechanic who checked it out. Of course by then I JUST HAD TO HAVE THE CAR, so like a dumb ass I said yes I'll take it. Could have added another $3k and bought a NON-salvage titled Toyota Camry LE which is what I should have done.

So I listed it in the local newspaper The Oregonian who has an option to list pictures online. I knew I'd have a hard time selling a SALVAGED TITLE car so I had the car detailed inside and out, then took 3 pictures and listed it in the paper. It sold the next day.

The dealer wouldn't touch a SALVAGED TITLE car and I knew even if it were normal, they'd low ball me.

of course they always low-ball ::sigh::

so how much did you SELL it for? you bought it for 4k$....

also, what was the mileage and such when you sold?

Bought it for $4,000 spent roughly $1,500 in maintenance, sold it for $3,000 (much higher than I expected).

Mileage was pretty low around 98,000 I think? I think the fact that I got the car detailed, low miles and decent price made it easy to sell.

Our 02 Accord turned 1 year old last week, only has 5,800 miles :)

We don't take that many road trips, I take the bus to work (because parking is around $150/mo) and we live in a good neighborhood where everything is close by.

We'll be driving to the Oregon coast, Seattle, California and Canada in the future so our mileage may creep up to 12k/yr.

sheesh, i put 15k++ a year on my vehicles. i bought my 96' for 3k$, got a good deal on it tho...

3k$ is good for yours, considering the salvage title and such. good job.
