2004 Infiniti G35

Just got the car back from the mechanic. Took well-over a month for this repair. Parts for this car are back ordered and a lot of them were dealer parts!

Completed:
Power Steering Rack and Pinion
Power Steering Pump and Fluid
Left front lower forward control arm
Left front lower rearward control arm
left front sway bar link
right front sway bar link
front brake pads
front rotors
rear brake pads
rear rotors
camshaft sensor
Allignment
Grand total with parts was right under 2,000.

Anyways, there was one part that my mechanic could not find - it was the Steering Column Shaft Universal Knuckle. Infiniti gave this part number 48822AM600 but this is not what I needed. I just need what appears to look like a "swivel socket" at the end of the steering column shaft.

I can't find this part anywhere! Could someone help me out? It's basically the end of #5 in this picture. It appears to be only one whole part but my mechanic says otherwise.

That parts diagram is for a much newer infiniti, googling your parts number comes up with this parts diagram.
