2003 Pontiac Vibe gas cap door replacement.

I have a Pontiac Vibe from 2003. The door to the gas cap busted (the hinge broke). I got the repair part.

Now due to the paint job, can not tell if the remains of the old gas cap door is riveted on or screwed on. Does anyone know what I should expect? I plan on scraping the paint away this weekend, the ting is if it is riveted on, I will just take it to the shop and let someone else deal with it.
