That flame thing on the side needs to go.. I wonder if you could get it pounded out by a body shop....

Me either, but I'd then sell it and get a Boxster (the new 227 HP base model), S2000, or M-Roadster![]()

Well in terms of quality or performance I wouldn't say that the Honda badge makes the car inferior, but the thing is the Honda name is not associated with classy performance vehicles. It's associated with family cars and reliable cars to get you from point a to b, so even if it's better than the BMW you still have to know to yourself that instead of driving a BMW you're driving a Honda, a name associated more with family sedans than performance-oriented luxury cars. Also, just b/c the S2000 has a Honda badge on it doesn't make it crap. I'm sick and tired of people using the BMW badge as a way to say that everything else in it's respective class is subpar

But I buy a vehicle for MY pleasures...not for someone else's insecurities. And what about the NSX?

I would buy in part cause I know other people would be jealous. Call it insecure, or call it my idea of what a nice car is all about!Originally posted by: NFS4

New NSX = Awesome!
The NSX is way-way-way overpriced. I don't really like the looks and would never buy one when you can have the $50k z06 that will beat it in every statistic. Btw, I haven't seen the new NSX, so if you have pics.. link =)

NSXFor a mere $90k you too can have a 290 Horsepower two seater! Alternatively you can drop $35k on a 287 HP nissan 350Z that performs nearly as well, and on those days when your wife needs it or it's in the shop you can take the $55k you saved to buy a brand new corvette!

Gorgeous cars, a decade later they STILL turn my head.
