but if I had one, I'd have to get an aftermarket one with "Z06 - 550 hp" after I got done modding it up!

Thats the problem! Of course if you had a brand new one of these would you really wanna mess with it anyway? :p

I'd say that this car is quickly becoming an exotic rather than a muscle car. The early C5's were viewed as 50/50 I think, but this refinement is pushing more towards an exotic side IMO

I missed you Val!! Glad to have you back ;) Maybe you can put some of these Hyundai threads to rest :D

As for the Z06, kickass car for the price. And after Dodge @)*&$# up the styling of the new Viper, I'm lovin' the Vette ;)

<< also.. with all the talk of how crappy the build quality of GM cars are, well they seem to do something right in Bowling Green at least.. >>

Yes the Vette truly improves all the time. Expect Corvette to become its own division of GM in the next few years, shedding its Chevrolet emblems.

there has been talk of this for years.. some have speculated that Corvette will be its own division and they will bring back the Camaro under the Corvette division (After they kill it in 2002). who knows.. would be interesting
