2001fp ghosting problem - Dell thinks its possibly my video card!

Never heard of a dell support rep getting an issue like this right, however he was from a mississippi call center and not from kuala lumpar or something. I've never heard of a bad vga port on a dual video card either (matrox g450), but after swapping monitors/ports/cables etc., that's what I got. 😱

Btw when I called I wasn't on hold for more than 5 seconds.....spooky!
 
Did you really know the call center was from Mississippi, or are you just saying that because of the long southern ddddrrraaawww?

He had some drawl, but I asked him where he was because he actually sounded like the kid in the commercial who says he's there '24/7'. 😀 He was a big gamer, knew my config and mobo well....you know, the kind of person that rarely works on dell's support lines.

I also ordered these monitors from the small business section went it through the 'business' choice in the phone options, so that may have kept my call in the states.
