2001 Mazda Protege

I am looking for a good used second car. I found a 2001 Mazda Protege DX with 65k on it very clean condition for 5300.00 Good deal or not ?

Car will last almost forever. I have a 1991 Mazda Protege with close to 300K.....still going strong.

Doesn't seem too bad, the only thing I don't like about the Proteges are that they suffer noisy interiors.
