FYI No start no crank no click, security light on or not.It can be either the PCM,BCM,or Igntion switch.I Bypassed the Ignition(security) switch 2 years ago(ALL WAS ok), then back in October the PCM went bad(8 Mths LATER ,--yesterday the BCM went bad and they HAD to replace the (IGN)switch too that was along with the BCM=$800.00 USD.
Just a heads up enjoy.

I just had an issue where my starter solenoid/relay was causing my starter fuse to blow. I replaced the relay, it blew once more, and then now it's been good for about a month with no problems. If that truly was the fix for my car, it was only 10 bucks in parts. Time will tell though, if it really is the starter solenoid, it will end up costing me quite a bit more than 10 bucks.

I would do as much homework as you can before paying 800 bucks for someone to fix something like that. Just want to make sure you don't get screwed over. Make sure your fuses are not blown, etc...
