2000fp Seeking opinions

Hi All,

I am seeking opinions on the Dell 2000fp monitor. I am seriously considering this monitor for my next upgrade and I am interested in hearing any observations that owners of this model have. I would be upgrading from a Sony G520P so I would be interested in hearing about how it might compare to that unit.

I am looking at the 20 inch flat panels as I look at large documents often and game occasionally when time permits. I figure the flat panel will be easier on the eyes.

Do the 2000FPs still have the much thicker bezels (in comparision to 1900FPs and 1800FPs)? There's a machine here at work that has two 2000FPs. I've to two 1900FPs and an NEC 1860NX here at work and three 1800FPs at home. Personally, I'm a fan of multiple displays than I am one of running at 1600x1200 (as you have to do on the 2000FP).

I believe I only mucked around with the 2000FPs for a day or two (Unreal Tourney ... fed by a Quadro 4, I believe). Certainly not bad units at all, but again, I don't prefer 16x12 nor the large bezels. I've enjoyed my 1800FPs and this NEC for most of this year.
