2000- Toyota Camry...Decent Exterior Mods? (dont want to "rice")

My daily commuter is a camry.. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some simple mods? Id like to mostly change the appearance from an "old man's" car to a "slightly less old man's car"....its only my commuting car..so any ideas?

if you have the cash, TRD makes a pretty stylish body kit (TRD being toyota racing develpment) you can get them through a toyota dealer or certain body shops... might cost a bit though, there are aftermarket kits too but many will be quite "ricey" and mean looking... if you in so-cal, Rod Millen in Hungtington beach has a pretty sweet lloking kit as well...

also, a decent midsized spoiler and rims can always dress up a cars exterier... just don't get a 10 foot wing

yeah, trd's are mostly based on "california" body kits, at least the spirit of it, where its just adding sleek looking plastic to make it taller, wider, touch the ground, etc.

no hoops or scoops like that.

rims, no matter what (please not no shiny crud) make a car look better. dark tint too.

Even something as simple as tinting the windows can add a much needed contrast between the exterior painted services and lighter interior. Careful with the body kits, if you get too low, you can scrape em off going over speed bumps, etc.

A S/C Camry is just fast as a relativly stock 5-spd Maxima!

One of the guys in the CamryMan forums was getting 14.6 in the 1/4 with a supercharger. 5-spd Maximas get 14.7!
Although stock 5-spd V6 Camry's are fast too..they get around 14.8s...hmmm..so why would the S/C Camry be so slow? The auto tranny?

It has to be the auto tranny..my car is a dog on acceleration....
Thank god I have my other car for when Im in the mood to accelerate when I drive..
